NPA Business Code of Conduct

Nippon Pulse America, Inc. ("NPA") is committed to conducting its business in an ethical, legal, and socially responsible manner.

Observance of statutes, social norms, etc.

NPA complies with all applicable laws, codes, regulations, and social norms of the countries, states, and localities in which they do business. This includes, but is not limited to, laws and regulations relating to environmental, occupational health and safety, and labor practices.

Offer of accurate products/ service information

NPA strives to provide accurate information to our stakeholders in order to maintain and build positive personal integrity, business ethics, customer relations, sales revenue, and public opinion.

Respect for intellectual property

NPA shall respect the intellectual property rights of company stakeholders. NPA shall take appropriate steps to safeguard and maintain confidential and proprietary information and shall use such information only for the purposes specified for use by NPA. NPA shall observe and respect all patents, trademarks,and copyrights, and comply with all requirements as to their use as established by NPM. Employees of NPA shall not transmit confidential or proprietary information of NPA via the internet unless such information is encrypted in accordance with minimum standards established by NPA.

Appropriate export control

NPA abides by all economic sanctions or trade embargoes that the United States has adopted, whether they apply to foreign countries, political organizations, or particular foreign individuals and entities.

Quality management system

NPA will establish a quality management system to support its business code of conducts.

Stable supply of products

NPA will develop business continuity plan to ensure that business will be restored promptly in the event of any unexpected business disruption.

Workplace safety and hygiene

NPA provides its employees with a safe and healthy working environment in order to prevent accidents and injuries to health arising out of, linked with, or occurring in the course of work. NPA shall, among other things, provide:
a. Safety handbook;
b. A system for injury and illness reporting;
c. Medical treatment and/or compensation to injured/ill workers arising as a result of working for NPA;
d. Clean and safe facilities;
e. Emergency response plan

Defense to computer and network threats

NPA utilizes a network protection software to attempt to block viruses and malware from entering the network.

Prevent the leaking of personal information

NPA utilizes locking file cabinets, passwords, and other methods as applicable to limit access to all personal and/or confidential information of employees, customers, and suppliers.
