Board Level Controllers
PPCI series (PPCI7443), offered by Nippon Pulse, is an advanced PCI-bus format 4-axis motion control board that controls stepper motors or/and servomotors.
System Design
- The PPCI7443 incorporates a PCL6045 series motion control chip as part of its compact design
- Comes with user-friendly software that incorporates MS-DOS, C/C++ programming library; Windows® 95/98/ME/NT/2000 DLL; and a test monitor
- The software allows for easy set-up and supports up to a maximum of 12 PPCI7443 cards, allowing for operation of up to 48 axes.
The FMC32 control board allows users to register up to 32 operation patterns and 256 execution sequences and store them internally. The board features the LSI PCD2112 control chip and NP3775E3 driver chip and also allows users to use a USB-to-4-wire serial conversion unit for simplifying writing and saving to the non-volatile memory.
The Nippon Pulse NPMC series is an advanced PC/104-bus format multi-axis motion control board that controls stepper motors or/and servomotors.

- The PCL6045 motion control chip is used as key component for 4-axis (NPMC6045A-4104) controller boards
